Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
Our products are available as digital downloads and physical printed items.
For digital downloads, you will receive an e-mail and a link directly after you complete your purchase. You will be able to access your files via this link.
For physical printed items, please allow 1 - 2 working days for dispatch. We then post our items via Royal Mail Second Class, either as a Letter or Large Letter.
We are not liable for any error or fault with delivery caused by Royal Mail.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of downloads, we are unable to offer any refunds on our downloadable products.
We are more than happy to help with any download issues and ensure that you are able to receive your files. Please contact us at grace@playcraftgrow.co.uk for any download issues.
For printed items, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
